I build AI infrastructure for people the industry skips. A BIT student in Kathmandu, I ship commercial products on the side. Work that doesn't wait for a diploma to matter.

My flagship build, Nepal AI Gateway, is a commercial LLM proxy built from scratch: NPR-tiered pricing through eSewa, for Nepali developers locked out of international payment rails. Underneath it: a Cloudflare Worker architecture, a full security audit that closed real vulnerabilities, and an admin console I designed myself.

At Springbase AI, I run organic growth: community distribution, AI directory listings, and content, all tracked through referral signups.

Before that, I was at The Mindsnack, an AI startup at The 100 Spaces coworking space in Kathmandu, where I ran AEO and SEO strategy and rebuilt their website from the ground up.

The plan is deliberate: Nepal's AI companies first, remote AI roles next, an AI lab after that. I'm rebuilding my fundamentals through CS50P and contributing to open source along the way, no step skipped.

Before AI was the job, it was NEPSE trading operations across multiple Demat/TMS accounts and HikCentral CCTV administration: the unglamorous machinery of running an office. I still call myself an office executive who uses AI, not a developer. The rest, you'd have to find out by working with me.
